How to order and unlock the CMA program

To order: Use the order form on the ORDER FORM page.

The CMA program is set up for a default Name, Business and Business Address that cannot be changed by the user.  You must send us the users name, complete address, and business name for the report writing software, otherwise the program will not work. 

Changes made later, as in an agent who moves to another company, will be made for a small fee.

The agent may change logos/images that are printed on the report at his whim.
